HOME  BATTERY  PROGRAM

Qualifications

>  Own or buying their home with the utility bill in their own name.

>  The program is for owner-occupied, single-family homes, not for renters.

>  It is not currently available for townhomes, duplexes, apartments, or multifamily buildings.

>  Credit requirements vary by market. Some customers who do not meet the standard threshold may still qualify with

      a security deposit.

>  Usage is not always a disqualification, but higher-usage homes are often a better fit for the program structure.

>  The program is not available for homes with existing solar or planned solar at launch.

>  Homes with an existing whole-home battery system are not eligible.

>  Some portable generators may be compatible with the Eco Flow OCEAN Pro generator port.

Compatibility generally requires a 4-prong 240-volt outlet, such as a 30-amp L14-30 or 50-amp NEMA 14-50, gas or propane fuel, and at least  2,000 watts of output.

>  Small 120-volt generators used for camping or tailgating are not compatible.

>  Homes with an integrated or automatic whole-home generator are not eligible at this stage due to system complexity.
